Bee pollen is recognized as one of the most complete foods known to man, with high concentrations of 48 vital minerals and vitamins, including: Iron, protein, calcium, Vitamins A and B. High levels of antioxidants which prevent free radical damage in joints and cells.

Suggested Use:

As a general tonic: The recommended dose of Nelson Gold Bee Pollen capsules is between 1- 6 a day. Take the higher amount when recovering from illness or if you need an extra therapeutic dose. Do not continue on high doses indefinitely. A good maintenance dose is about 3 capsules a day For hay fever and allergies: Start with very small amounts - one to three granules daily - increased to a higher dose over a period of one month or more.

As a tonic during radiotherapy: A clinical trial with uterine cancer patients which showed reduced side effects from radiotherapy was based on about two teaspoons three times a day.

Caution is recommended for people with bee allergies or asthmatics.
